[Studley] not again... the misinformation is done for several main reasons... one, this is a speculation, and because of that, the people in charge do NOT want anyone to game the system and know exactly when this is coming out...Two, this is a national security issue for the country of Iraq... If certain people knew when this was coming out... it would compromise Iraq
