Baghdad (news) said legal expert Tareq Harb, we wish to take Iraq a chance meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations to demand reduction ratio of compensation to Kuwait 5% of oil revenues. came in commenting on the speech Kuwaiti Prime Minister in the General Assembly of the United Nations on 25 / 9/2012, which said Iraq's implementation of many of the international obligations imposed on it under Chapter VII.
