BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Governor of the Central Bank began acting Abdul Basit Turki done to hold an expanded meeting with managers of Commissioners for civil banks on Thursday after a source revealed to Okaltena for the issuance of arrest warrants for General Managers of those banks.
