I couldn't before. There are some people that have been cashed in now for two or three months. The UST asked them to bring in their dinar (one note) to see if it was good. They only picked a few people. Once they found out if the currency was good they offered them a cash in of the rest of their dinar. They offered them a rate that we all are aware of. The money has been in the bank all this time...but they signed papers and can't touch it till the RV. Don't ask me who they are or where they are, Just know the preacher has never.... never.... offered up any info to you like this before. I believe it's time to dust off your dinar and get ready. If I'm excited, you should be also. Yes, I know. I wouldn't have believed it either... but my brother has seen his account slips. It's in the bank baby! ,,
