Baghdad, January 25 (Rn) - The Parliamentary Committee on Economics on Wednesday it has developed a plan to determine the number of Iraqis who actually needs the ration card items, stressing that the plan expires in 2015 and seeks to reduce the number of beneficiaries to 2.5 million people.
