But if you are a person in Iraq holding dollars you will be a loser! I do not believe the CBI has pulled enough IQD out of the market in Iraq yet and the other markets are not quite positioned yet, such as the USD being at the right value. The article states the US dollar is only about 40% in the Iraq market. I believe this needs to be 50% or higher for them to break even at 1 to 1 RV when releasing the lower denomination IQD, but if they RV higher that is no matter, especially at the numbers flying around on these boards. 40% will be enough!
