Parliamentary committee: Can not pass a law of oil and gas without the Iraqi List Jan 10th 2012, 13:52 Baghdad, January 10 (Rn) - The Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Tuesday, it had postponed a debate on the draft law of oil and gas within the Commission because of the absent members of the Iraqi List of meetings, noting that this law, a compromise can not be voted on only the existence of all.
