TONY STATES - I'm in a good mood, Dan is absolutely right… It looks good for today . Got calls just like I always do. May be a little longer call than normal….we've heard it's done on so many levels
TONY STATES - Then think about it. Article today about they are issuing out Visa and MasterCards today….You got to think, don't care who you are. How can you use that internationally if the money is not tradable internationally? There has to be an international currency for that to happen.
GARY STATES - …last week I was speaking to a key person, for an update on the RV, he said they can't comment….this person said last week he couldn’t comment when he called Gary Monday he said "I have another update for you today" called back and said its imminently imminent! .

GARY STATES - Gets on the phone with another person overseas, Middle East bank. They basically said we wanted to let you know it’s now operative in Middle East. What does operative mean I said? He said it means it’s done. When can I walk into the bank. Dr. Todd says everything w/in next 24-48 hours… Banks are watching this very carefully. Everyone saying its here, ready to go… As we look at the facts, going back 2 quarters, Dr. Todd said it needs to happen or we're going to see a lot of European banks disappear and they did.
TONY STATES – wait wait wait, Before we do that, so everyone clearly understands where we are.... we're all hearing the numbers are in place, they know what the numbers are…I got the same info, we're comparing what we're hearing. I'm hearing exact same thing, the numbers are in place, people can see them, input one more time in certain places. We heard it should happen this afternoon, but if it doesn't, should happen w/in next 24-48 hrs.
DAN STATES - it's not supposed to be known to the minute… we honestly 100% believe this is happening
TONY STATES - Hearing no later than Friday… Good point Dan. They tell us things we can't say until it becomes law or public knowledge. They're happy now. They are more excited than I have ever seen them. They are giddy, know this time it’s really going.
DAN STATES - I'm really excited about where we sit. Many said last night that I sound really positive. We are all on the same page now...
DAN STATES – we will have three of those branches (banks)(for cash out) to be scheduled for our post RV call within 24 hours.

DAN STATES - As of last nights call... the fact is since last Fri, Sat, sun, mon and tues everything is complete... we have known it for 3 weeks... or so... but we started hearing even more from the banks and institutions and that gave us more excitement…I am Going talk about what done implies. We were hearing and still hearing today is going to be the conclusion for us peons to see this. I wish the call was recorded. Everyone took what they wanted. It will all work out.

Someone making money on it. as far as they're concerned it's done…

DAN STATES – that’s what we mean by diff levels of completion…we are going to call them "organizations" instead of three letter agencies…some institutions are saying "it's now done"...and when we call up something...and they say I hear its done (what Im hearing) it only takes one of those pieces to take it away for a minute....
GARY STATES - hopefully this will clarify some of the issues, this morning I got many phone calls..... last week I was speaking to a key person, for an update on the RV, he said they can't comment….this person said last week he couldn’t comment when he called Gary Monday he said "I have another update for you today" called back and said its imminently imminent! What does operative mean? He said it means it’s done. Can I walk into bank w/IQD? He said I don't know. Just a common person. Every industry has its lingo. Bring me down to brass tacks. When can I go to bank. He said I don't know. He called back and explained some details. Imminent means we're on top of this, but not completed. You have people that put together the plan and sign and everything is done. You're building a house, went to architect, signed documents and its done, but house is not built yet. The 2nd stage is done and out. In all the banks, everything is processed. House is built and waiting for you to occupy. Waiting for occupation. When can I walk into the bank. Dr. Todd says everything w/in next 24-48 hours. so that's what we're waiting for right now, people upset saying they're playing games, you have to understand that we're working with a lot of things that have to come together.. It's trickling down, flowing down. From all we are being told, from govt, banking, bizs overseas, its here. That's where we are right now from everything we're hearing is saying "it's here" just waiting for the "starter gun" to go off.. .Just because we hear it's done it doesn't mean you can walk into the bank and cash in….Let me reiterate a statement Dr. Todd made. Needs to happen before...

DAN STATES - I'm tired of its today or tomorrow. Heard that for the last month. We all get frustrated with that but we're repeating what we're hearing…all of our contacts saying numbers are in place in some places.. There are some things trying to be implemented, diff levels. Can trigger something being stalled. No one wants to hear that, but that's what has been happening. I say what I believe is true. I really try to pull no punches, Tony and Gary are the same way. It could happen any minute…. it's not supposed to be known to the minute… we honestly 100% believe this is happening…Could also say tomorrow what’s going on, hasn't happened yet. We actually 100% believe this is happening. Brother in law said he's taking a 'to go bag' with him to work…
TONY STATES - …I heard yesterday some other countries they were notified this was to happen today....GOD I hope it does.. Talked to a private banker yesterday. She said she was going to fax me info. She wanted my account ready b/c her boss said it could happen tonight. That's how close her boss thought it was yesterday….those type scenarios are happening right now.. That's something I was actually on a call with yesterday. We're putting it out there, hoping it happens today. Hearing no later than Friday. 11 or 12 o’clock last night info I got was its done. Going to get pushed thru whenever….Gary just told you what operative means to each one of them. We're the only ones left . It’s our turn. Don't know if today, tomorrow or Friday, but we'll see.
GARY STATES - As we look at the facts, going back 2 quarters, Dr. Todd said it needs to happen or we're going to see a lot of European banks disappear and they did. Then he mentioned Black Friday and last quarter. Outcome was to be pretty harsh. We hit the marks for last quarter. At this point, we're starting to see retailers announcing closing of stores = Sears, K-Mart and other stores. Also heard from banks…./number of bank offices to close within first 60 days of 2012 and also announced the number of layoffs. 2400 people announced from one bank….we are now at another benchmark… Key things coming down the pike. 12/10 as when the Fed takes a look at all the banks. Certain requirements on all the banks. They have to fulfill certain guidelines.
DAN STATES - /Looks at all the risk in a bank. Lots of times banks cut back, lower risks, expenses. Seeing what banks were really going to be in trouble. Mergers start to offset debt and losses. Other things, Tony has thrown them out there. We've going to get ready.. Another benchmark coming up…We're at that point where everything is going to come to fruition
GARY STATES - A couple other banks in trouble. Tony told me about Warren Buffet and what he did to help out.
TONY STATES - Everyone knows about Buffet helping BofA. If banks are laying off people and stores closing, that’s a lot of unemployed people Just the tip of the iceberg… Our real estate injury was worse than they let us know about. Stopped reporting that to avoid panic. Projected to go down another 11% the first quarter of this year. When we start seeing banks shut down, you know we have a problem. Because this didn't happen in Oct like it was supposed to. They said as long as they got it before the first of Dec, they didn't think it would happen, but if not, they had no choice. Other industries will be hit. We are all going to be part of the haves/have nots. While this will happen, we can't save the whole world, US economy. Most will be scared to spend your money. That's why economy hasn't came back because people are scared and don't know….we are not going to be able to save the economy--us DINARIANS
GARY STATES - they are seeing this as the band-aid they need…Banks are watching this very carefully. Everyone saying its here, ready to go. Just want to make sure as soon as they turn the key its done in an organized fashion. Not trying to create a panic here. There are problems. Economies have gone up and down and been dealt with before, but this is a critical piece to stop it. Its real and here… That's why we're hearing what we're hearing…Banks want to make sure they are ready. Dr. Todd said when activated, they are going to make sure they are prepared for all that will happen. Don't know how many people have currencies that will RV, but lots of people will be trying to get answers. Banks need to be prepared for that…imagine what happens when this thing finally releases
DAN STATES – That's what gets banks to denying things. One of the worst things we could do is call the bank. Tens of thousands listen to these boards. We all listen to each other. If we all make one call to one bank we screw up a lot of stuff. You will hear lots of denial from banks, especially at the teller level…I'm really excited about where we sit. Many said last night that I sound really positive. We are all on the same page now.. Heard from another person who deals w/currency overseas, for the first time people in Iraq are holding their dollar and know it is valuable. Used to trade off ASAP, but now they know their time has come. You guys have to realize when we are doing these calls, its not a show. Trying to put things together to put people’s minds at ease…
DAN STATES - As we started talking to people about identity theft, its a very big deal. People telling me Happy Birthday on the board. That's b/c I put 1/1/74. Don't put my real info anywhere. Always put a fake everything. Our identity is a big deal. Guys that were not even looking at this seriously, identity guys, got the bug. People ask if we could do more. Charter plane services, limos, health and wellness. We don't want to do that. This is going to be over in a couple days. Been there for over a year. Now we're finally there. We all have the fever…Even if they don't, if they listen long enough they will catch it. People go from negative and then they look at the facts.
TONY STATES - we are there. Don't know what else to say. I wish there was something else I could tell you guys… to make it clearer. Heard this afternoon. If it takes til Friday, who cares. Would love to have it today, but just knowing we're here. If you read articles, some things Iraq required to do before Monday. Definitely will have effect on this RV.
Dan States - Gary, you were talking to someone yesterday and what we're hearing is the banks, govts, countries get in a worse position. Only can go so far before it can't be saved. It is that situation where ppl are getting that desperate. Thats why we're hearing so much noise. Said 3 wks ago at the point of no return…It must be completed now. Crash is not optional. No turnaround. About to take place. How many times have we heard Friday and found ourselves in Monday. We think just like you guys do. No diff in our let down and frustration. We just hear from people and get rejuvenated. /These aren't fake people we are hearing from. That keeps us in a good spot.

TONY STATES - Fed is a company just like McD's is a company. Not a government agency. Can't do whatever they want. They are a loan company for the US govt. Don't make law or anything else. Just have the power of money behind them. Partners with 153 others. Most powerful organization in the world w/o doubt….they are one of the largest organizations in the world …they designate the people to make the laws. They can't just arbitrarily make laws.
CALLER ASKS - O just said he's not going to raise the debt ceiling. Where's the money coming from.??? All of a sudden the money is here????…just trying to get your take on it. All of a sudden there's nothing from the media.
TONY STATES – L Look at the Clinton era. Same thing happened here. That's what you guys are going to see here, but its going to take time. We'll see it in the middle of summer or next fall.
CALLER – Big Sky has a couple questions..... the other day Tony said rate would be over $7 and would be to GBP. $7 before or after GBP.
DAN STATES - We are hearing it is above that number. Still scratching my head on that one

CALLER ASKS - how long after it RV;s do you think we have to cash in?
Tony: I will be fully cashed in w/in 30 days. Was a time frame that I feel has been shortened for some of you to take the best advantage of…the time frame I'm hearing is virtually impossible for 1/2 of us to cash out… Process has been cut in half or less from what they're putting out now. Could be just putting out smoke….Not telling you guys to run to the bank as soon as you hear it. Everyone has to make their own decision.
DAN STATES – within the first 48 hours, depending on what plan comes out, there will be something each one of our members needs to download, sign and send in. Basically says you are on your own and we can give you some info on these webinars. Those will get a code and I will tell you exactly what is happening and where I think its going. Will talk about that in depth as soon as its over. Will be easy for you guys to make decision.
CALLER – BigSky asks - Other think I wanted to ask, do we have any way of knowing what it takes to actually get it done?
DAN STATES - That's an impossible question. We can't answer that. Believed in sources we trusted who said it was done, and then something happened…because of that'…We're waiting, but don't think anyone could tell us what the last thing is that needs to happen….
TONY STATES - when this RV does happen they will get a memo immediately…

You can call those numbers and corporate office will say here's what you do. Its because of our volume. We are trying to get best rate. We have leveraged that. Still working on that. It will be pretty cool. If the banks can compete with DB, you can do that in your hometown.
TONY STATES - If you guys want to cash it all out in your name because of time frames, you can always donate it to your trust and will still get the tax advantage.
DAN STATES - Not going to get away from taxes. If it comes out over $7, I'm cashing out. If I have to pay double tax, doesn't matter, but don't think I will. If it comes out high, everyone plan on cashing out. That is JUST MY OPINION… Over $7, don't you wait for nothing. $4 OR $5 bucks, might have to think about it.
DAN STATES - Many people will be contacting you wanting you to invest. You're never going to invest with us. If you've only got 100K dinar, 400 to 700 thousand dollars after RV. Real things that will give you a positive for real situation, we will lay those out with some guarantees. If its a gamble at all, don't do it. If you dollars are not going increase within a year, don't do it…. The less you have, the more cautious you have to be. 1/2 million could retire you if you know what to do with it.
Caller asks - As far as Facebook and stuff like that, how are we going to get in on those shares, how much will they be. Sold by the block or what?
TONY STATES - Facebook sold by 100K minimum. First IPO to raise 100B dollars. It will be the richest in history if it happens. Dan says gambling if you don't know how to do it. Chase has more than any other bank. You go in and get your preferred banker – he can looking at ideas for you. If you know what you're doing, you will look at Chase and say you want to get in pre-IPO…. Pre-IPO's guarantee you win. You still make money. Only stipulation is sometimes you have to wait 90/180 days before you get your money…. Pre-IPO 99.9% guaranteed to make money… Just an IPO, you can lose money. Can't do those unless you really know what you're doing. That's the hard way to do it. You guys are going to have millions of dollars. Let the bank pre-IPO for you and you'll make money.
