Oh and the rates from nov showing is indeed a great sign i was told this many months back..they zeroed to put in the new rates and would revert to the old rates of the time they started to bring up the RV…………SO we shall SEE…………I have sunshine in my heart regardless all happens in his time not OURS……………..NO?
