Someone told her about the dinar investment and mentioned that a colleague said there’s an change in the tax form…I do accounting by trade and researched it. The form is 8938 – any time you go to the IRS website, it will tell you the date it was last revised. The last one is 11-2011, but there’s a very interesting “future development” – irs.gov./form8938 Any question will be posted on that page.
If you do a search for 8938 for your tax forms, it will tell you when it’s been revised. Since then some of the stipulations have been changed since Dec. 15th and I’m waiting to hear from a CPA.
If you read the form, you have to file by the due date and included the following return…form applies to a list of LLC, S-Corp as well as your individual tax return. (She gives all form #’s)
Most interesting, when you get to pg. 4, it comes to specified forms – Statement of Specified financial assets - examples of other specified foreign assets, if held for investment and not held in a financial account…
Go to bullet point 1-5 – This is one of the others specified: INTEREST RATE SWAP, CURRENCY SWAP, BANK ?? SWAP…These instructions outline a lot – I’m not a tax consultant but it tells us about a foreign currency swap not held in a financial institution.
DELTA: There’s another form you need to fill out with the US Treasury – not taxs, if I’m not mistaken…if you have a foreign asset, you have to file by June 30th.
There’s another one you have to report – not taxes – besides the one she explained.
DEVINA: It explains how to treat this and that you must now satisfy your filing for any prior year – they’re saying, as I interpret it, if this were to RI or RV before Jan. 1st you could satisfy this form in Jan. 2012

DELTA; I was actually so happy what happened and the reason is that the truth is coming out…just sit there and think about it…whoever was doing while people were watching, they can’t do anything. There’s no melt-down and you’ll never see a civil war…this is nothing for the Iraqi people – corruption and a couple of bombs is nothing to what they’re used to when they killed their family –the Iraqi people are unbelievably patient people. I’ll take any type of problem except the religion problem but you’ll never see that because they’re trying to make it right with the Muslim, Shiite, etc.
Think about the last few days with the bombings…they caught those people and at the Kabbalah where the holy place was, they caught those people and their purpose was to create a conflict between one another.
Iraqi situation is different because everybody is supporting Iraq…every other country says…let them alone. The US wants Iraq – if you don’t see the RV for the next 5-6-7 days, that doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen.

DELTA: Everyone is talking about what’s going on….without Maliki, they couldn’t do anything.
He’s not just going around talking bad about anything…he’s actually coming out on the conference call…you have to defend yourself the right way. Maliki knows how to convince people the right way – the rest come out fighting.
What is going on is what people are concerned about but has nothing to do with the RV, and we really do believe that even though the date and rate is classified, and that everything is done and they have their time because technically 1-1-2012 they are a sovereign nation

DELTA: Maliki presented more solid evidences to the judges about the VP – want to make sure they didn’t rush through it – but the judges believe it’s all credible. Either way it’s a win-win situation for Maliki and the US. You won’t see the RV until everything is 100% correct…
FRANK: On Monday, I said don’t worry about it…but just as a snap, it’ll happen.
Q: Delta did not say the CBI would RV by Jan. 1st -- he said they have to RV by Jan. 3rd
Q: What calendar does the CBI go by? They go off of their fiscal year that is their own that started Dec. 23 –Delta: You have the Islamic calendar and the regular one everyone else uses, but Jan. 1st is the one they use but they’re off for the holiday.
Q: Do you think banks will have the Dela Rue machines? Frank: If the bank has to send them to headquarters to find out the authenticity, tell them no thank you because there’s many that you can see it in front of your eyes. The danger of releasing your dinars to someone else is trustworthiness, swapping, accident with the Brink’s truck, etc. Never let your dinar out of your sight.
Delta: Take 100,000 dinar – if I have 2 years to cash in, just put 25,000 dinar in and wait to see how long it takes to clear. Then, you have an indication of what’s going on. They may offer you how much they’ll give you, but what if something happens behind closed doors…and they say the money is fake. They’re not going to return it. So, you can test it and see what would happen with 25,000 – I don’t believe they’ll have a time limit, but there’s no rush to cash in everything.
Frank: If the rate is high, I’m going to run.
Delta: Yeah, if you think it’s going to be $3 like you said, yeah. They’re telling us they’re going to take 2 years to get them back, so why cash in right away? I just want to make sure there’s no cheating going on…it’s for safety purposes.
Q/A: The Parliament is meeting in the houses like at Talabani…no one trusts Parliament since the bombings (LOL) Hopefully they don’t need that until the 3rd.
Q/A: Deadlines: Why was everything set – for nothing?
They have more dinar than dollars…they’re making about 6 to 7 billion/month from oil. Their budget is more than that. They need 10-15 billion to survive as a nation…if it’s recognizable internationally, they’ll be more relaxed. So for them, their benefit to do it is to DO IT – they have to do it otherwise they don’t benefit.
Q/A: Have you seen the M2 numbers? -- Yes, they’re low, but I’m not going to pay attention to them because I don’t believe their true value.
Q/A: Someone told me the CBI for the dollar and pound went to zero. – It doesn’t mean anything and we can jump on everything, but it’s happened before so it’s not a big deal. The person in charge downloads the information and numbers either didn’t get the right numbers or it wasn’t ready for those two currencies….we don’t have to look at that.
Q/A: If the RV is about to occur, then the dinar the broker has is the only ones the have available? Are they curtailing sales? Yes – we’ve been told that. The 50 IQD is no longer being printed..Our broker said I have a specific amount that will be used as a gift to clients.
Have other denom’s dropped or are unavailable? No, just the 50.
Q/A: Who owns the CBI? Is it Rothschild? Yes -- they own every bank on the planet! (LOL) Look up the definition with the history of the federal reserve that will lead you to an island in the eastern part of the US. (Jeckyll Island)
Q/A: If we don’t see the RV by Jan. 15th, all the contracts they’re talking about that are worth millions and millions to rebuild Iraq…Yes, those same contracts were signed a long time ago, but the rate would not trigger those contracts. That happened a year and a half ago saying they were signed illegally – like with Exxon and big contracts recently.
DELTA: To confirm, none of us know the dates, but the windows we’re giving you from the CBI is all indication that they’re supposed to do it tomorrow or the next 3 days…not 100% but only based on our opinion based on the contracts and the troops leaving. All the contracts do not have enough money to pay them. Make sure that you understand there’s no 100% -- just giving you the windows and based on the information we have.
JESUS: Okay – nobody knows the rate or date, but we have received all kinds of confirmation and all kinds of ways that this is about to happen -- we simply can’t ignore them.
FRANK: We also don’t share them with you because it’s not logical to tell you that this person, in this part of the world has told us this – we use deductive reasoning and try to collect enough for you …I applaud my mod’s that you have always kept KTMF in a very, very peaceful environment, even though some have tried to come in and say they’re trying their very best, doing a job, but we welcome a counter debate but not child attidudes.
Unless you have an algorithm and have specific from a various place (don’tell us about the guru’s you get it from – I’m not proud of that).
