I've got a text at 12 last night said the rates was locked in at the banks, and we should see the rate go live tonight sometime. I'm been sitting here all morning wondering if i should post it or not. But there you go, take it for what you like.

I will say this the calls i just got says the globe will know the rate and begin cashing before this week is out . Now, go enjoy the day meeting are going on and things are going well everyone trying to smile and get along and all the legal process is being settled for the good of the iraq people .
