Cbi does not want to have all the dinar to go to banks then to UST, so the dealers will be offering higher rates that are higher than banks. (NOTE if we give our dinars to banks to cash out - the USA gets OIL credits with Iraq - this will help our future oil issues tremendously)

what is the truth on dealers being shut down in Australia/..and new Zealand. they are shut down for inventory. He thinks it is smoke as well.

The high rate is nothing to do with us dollar. do not hold your cash in us dollars, buy gold silver, Australian dollar. Us dollar is to be devalued by 40or more % to come out with new us currancy. it is being printed now, and is ready to go.... I should devalue in 3 to 4 months and ano one should hold us dollars. Maybe within 1 month of RV
the new us currency is coming... swiss, or some other foreign currency
