I do have confirmation from a source that due to position and authority MUST know the date (range) and other details of the revaluation.
They have shared much, to provide me with a reasonable picture of all this, even though I cannot pass the same on in a public forum, even one with the quality and effectiveness of this one here on the Planet...
I can now say that ... barring global events and/or political pressures forcing a change (again!), we OUGHT to be counting our IQD and evaluating our post RV goals, locations and so on.
I have other confirmations that convince me that, again... barring changes not currently foreseeable, we are in a time frame measureable easilly in days or even hours (without too much of a stretch,
and YES, I do know you can measure months in 'hours'... but let's keep it real) so we all need to stay grounded and resist the urge to think we will necessarily be in the "Banks" within minutes of the release, discovery or revalation that the Dinar has revalued!
Also... in the MADness that will surely commence with this news, REMEMBER: If you make an arrangement that "locks in" your price on a given quantity of IQD, there will be NO EXCUSE ACCEPTED for your failure to appear at the time and place agreed with THAT quantity of IQD available for the exchange.
Serious and SEVERE legal action WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATLY.... so don't make a deal you will not honor! If the price goes up following your "Deal"... tough! Live with it .... or suffer the consequenses and the PENALTIES! This exchange rule is a Global Deal that you had better NOT play with! Ya been told!

Borders in Iraq are closed to prevent currency movement, and prevent manipulation of Iraqi currency.
Second, credit cards have been issued for International use from dinar backed banks in Iraq.
Third, Iraqi parliament is fast tracking 2012 budget.
Fourth, word on streets in Iraq is people are refusing to sell dinar for less than 3.81, AND citizens are hoarding dinar, and dumping dollars.... draw your own conclusions, I am semi-excited for the first time in over six months

You read that the UST is out of lockdown and then back in again. That's because of servicing the debt outstanding, political maneuvering, and pure greed that the rartes have to be adjusted.
