We outlined where they in that process and where it is going
The Political process has to follow..and is has been going on...
If you look at the bickering on top and actually what they are doing they are they are moving right along with the political process
Parliament is next most important part
They really need to have some kind of agreement when they pass these laws.
NO different than our political process in the US when we pass our laws and Budget
They are debating on what they want just like we do here to get what they want.....
You have the Kurds saying what they want
Maliki saying what he wants for his people
and then you have the 3rd party out there caught in between the two of them and trying to side between the two of them...trying to figure out who is going to win and jump on their side

It is my opinion that you really need to have some financial laws in place before you can move forward with the currency change
and those might be going on with all this bickering...
they might be passing and doing things we dont know about because we are always about a day and a half behind in the news from Parliament
