It stated they need this float in order to work their currency. However, 3.4% was not (NOW NOTICE)...Indicative to the actual value of the Iraq dinar to the USD....
That was posted on THIS SITE yesterday...THSI SITE and through reuters...Not a GURU post...Everyone but Precious missed it.

_dooly] cherryberry The Iraq day begins at sundown. It is 6:55 PM in Bagdad now, therefore their Saturday has started which is normally a "weekend" day but they do much activity on Saturday during ALL hours thus the reason lpts of RVs occur during the afternoon of our east coast Friday.
SUPOSSEDLY, they would announce it in the mosques and THEN do it after sundown of their holy day, repeat supposedly.

[generals64] Now, I just read johny's report...he's pretty close....The banks 3 of the 4 told me personally that they would get an email 3 hours before it happens...then they would be ready in about an hour...
and, they said they would call me or OKCBULLDOG so now what...I have yet to call a bank on the phone...I want to look the guy in the eye that is taking my money...
