[BWM] There is MUCH speculation on the rate... and I mean rates well above ANYTHING I ever expected when I got in this for 3... the understanding is that the computer will process the program, verify the process and go live... we know that the process has been running and we do what we have learned to grudgingly do best... wait :::::
[BWM] We've discussed the rate NOT being .86 cents or a dollar for the international trading rate... just can't be there for them to make the contractual agreements and based on budgetary constraints... :::::
