Baghdad (news) .. Search Chairman of the Commission on Article 140 of the Constitution in Parliament MP Mohsen al-Sadoun with a delegation from the UN mission to help Iraq (UNAMI), headed by Advisor Political Affairs Masaaki Watanabe and adviser in Mission Christian Botsoen and the presence of Deputy Chairman of the Committee MP bright Naji, outstanding problems in the way of the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution and operational phases that came to it.
