I live in florida at the moment but my parents and 5 out of 8 brothers/sisters live in puerto rico. All of them has bought dinars as well as almost the whole island. They always keep me inform about whats going on even if they have to call me at 3am. What you are saying about the banks is not true!! Get your facts straight. Ponce es Ponce y lo demas es parking!
